Jet Pilot Training

So.. Correct me If I'm wrong, Its essentially a school?

Are you actually recruiting? I thought you had all 4 pilots?

You could say this is a sort of school; however, we would like to keep the graduates on retainer.

We do have all four flying positions on our team filled, but I think everyone here understands the unstable nature of aerobatic teams on simulators -- so what we are trying to do is to train people to fly our jet in certain positions. Once they are trained they would be like reservists -- they would fly with us so many hours per month to keep current, but they could be called into active service should someone on the team step down.

We are also looking for someone who might be interested to join our team as a photographer or as a navigator or in an air traffic control role -- someone needs to man that GCA shack on the end of our runway -- the weather is terrible at Chaumont!
