FSX Flying Dukes looking for a #6

Your 2009 FSX Flying Dukes are looking for a pilot for the #6 Opossing Solo slot.
You must meet these requirements.
#1. Must Be 18 or Older.
#2. Must have formation skills.

I am wondering why you are requiring all your applicants to have a flight system like the X52 or Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS? They are not required to be a good formation pilot. I read through your "requirements" to be an applicant, most make sense but that one just stood out a little bit.

You dont have to have it. We just ask people if they have it or not. But almost every member on our team has the X52. We use the X52 just for the Throttle Quadrent.
